Forget me not hospice is a truly amazing place, so full of love and support for our local children and their families when they need it the most.
In November 2022, I contacted Forget Me Not with my memory making experiences and offered my support to families who had just lost their beloved child. This has been such an emotional journey however such an honour and a privilege to be invited into families lives at such a devastating time.
Our friends were one of the many families who were supported throughout their son’s devastating illness who sadly spread his wings far too soon. Years ago my memory making was a hobby and after creating memories with my friends I knew my work made a difference and I’d found my purpose.
So this is all in memory of you, Jake Booth ❤️
Forget Me Not needs everyone to support their amazing hospice, as like every other hospice sadly they receive no funding from the government.
