Forget me not hospice is a truly amazing place, so full of love and support for our local children and their families when they need it the most.
Our friends were one of the many families who were supported throughout their son’s devastating illness who sadly spread his wings far too soon.
Years ago my memory making was a hobby and after creating memories with my friends I knew my work made a difference and I’d found my purpose.
So this is all in memory of you Jake Booth ❤️
In November 2022 I contacted Forget Me Not with my memory making experiences and offered my support to families who had just lost their beloved child.
This has been such an emotional journey however such an honour and a privilege to be invited into families lives at such a devastating time.
My memories are so tactile bringing comfort in such a unique and special way
When we received our daughter's hand casts from Cherish Your Memories we were blown away by how beautiful and realistic they are. Holding them feels like we are actually holding Rhian's hand, which brings great comfort to us ❤️❤️ I am so glad that Jennie was at Forget me Not on the day that our daughter was there, if she wasn't we wouldn't have our gorgeous hand casts to keep and treasure forever 🥰🥰 Everyone who has seen them have commented how beautiful they are ❤️❤️
Once I return from visiting each family i light my candle in their loved ones memory ❤️

Forget Me Not needs everyone to support their amazing hospice as like every other hospice as sadly they receive no funding from the government.
