Jenni is the most kind, thoughtful lady who's very passionate about her work

My beautiful willow past over 7 weeks ago, she was a rescue from the age of 1 year .she gave us so much love, laughter our own top dog with so.many memories

She was 15 years

Before she passed, jenni came and did her paw prints 🐾..she spent alot of time with us and no pressure and explained everything

I'm so so pleased with jennie casting.

There are amazing.and know I can hold willow close to me. With a necklace. and hold and see her prints next to her buddy Bindi.

Maggie messaged me from the start of willows last journey until the very end .

As a family of our beloved willow we choose two of the bestest kindest thoughtful. Ladies I know the best of the best .Highly highly recommended.

The thoughts,love and kindness in words. I wouldn't of choosen nobody else for my girls memories and her last journey of goodbye.

Jennie is not only very talented and passionate about the casts she makes. Her compassion for her customers and their stories/ journeys is genuine and heartfelt.

In January 2023, my world shattered when I lost my beloved husband. In those precious weeks before his passing, we hastily attempted a DIY hand cast at home fully aware that time was not on our side. The result unfortunately fell short of our expectations, marred by imperfections it was left tucked away in the attic, a bittersweet reminder of our final weeks together.

Then, in August of this year, fate led me past a banner bearing the words "Cherish Your Memories." I had driven past that banner countless times, dismissing it, believing that nothing could salvage our flawed DIY cast. But life has a way of surprising us.

One day, while visiting a local centre, a friend pointed out a woman she called Mrs Cherish and urged me to ask about my cast. With hesitant hope, I approached Jennie, the creative force behind Cherish Your Memories. In those next twenty minutes, my life took an unexpected turn, as if our meeting had been destined.

Jennie, a truly remarkable and beautiful soul, listened with empathy as I shared my story. She assured me that there was hope, that she could work her magic, even with our imperfect DIY cast. Her words were like a warm embrace, wrapping me in comfort and love, and I felt an inexplicable weight lifting from my heart.

I believe that I had stumbled upon this incredible local woman offering something irreplaceable and I knew Jennie's work was the perfect fit for me.

The prospect of being able to hold, feel, and remember something so precious in my hands filled me with hope. Jennie's unwavering professionalism, comforting presence, and boundless kindness throughout the entire process only reaffirmed that I was in the right hands.

Now, as a family we can cherish and hold the cast every day, feeling a tangible connection to him.

To anyone seeking a meaningful keepsake, I wholeheartedly recommend Jennie and her company. What she does is not just a service, it's a priceless gift that brings solace, healing, and a lasting connection to the ones we hold dear. I received the most amazing gift from my friends. Jennie created mine and my sons fingerprints for the most precious piece of jewellery I could have imagined 😍 This is the second time we have worked with Jennie who is lovely and who is passionate about her work✨️. We are so blown away with our hand casts that I needed to show you all!!! This remarkable woman Jennie Shann who owns Cherish your memories created these beautiful casts of our Everly and Saul hands as well as my mum and dad. She takes great care and attention to detail as well as patience especially trying to get our Saul to keep his hand still to create the mould. 🤣Also included in the solution for their hand cast is our Milo ashes which was such a special touch. 😍I've had a hand cast done previously when Everly was born as a gift from my gym buddies so there was no question I would be getting another done. Every time I watch the video of Everly and Saul cast being done it brings tears to my eyes. There are personal reasons why we chose to have these done at this time and the results speak for themselves. Jennie has certainly created memories we will cherish forever. After 2/ 3 of attempts of Martin( who is impatient) thinking we do a cast with mess in kitchen we contacted the right person. Jennie was contacted and visited us explaining how she worked out what we wanted.Cast was made with jennie yelling impatient Martin to stay still(he did ) well done Jennie hahah amazing lady x Jennie then text saying she was so happy with how it worked out and was so happy with it( then I knew it had worked and we were so excited to see it! So impatient husband kept asking me had I heard anything so now I said yes ! Excitement kicked in. Jennie arrived with biggest smile on her face the we all smiled withe excitement.It was all wrapped (bubble wrap ) and presented well. It was heavy I eventually opened it out of box and wow it was just what we asked for its perfect so smooth and every fine detail of our nails and rings and creases.Can actually see how tight Martin was squeezing my hand. It's perfect. So after my experience I do suggest if u want one of these get in touch with Cherish your memories speak to jennie who's so friendly and so down to earth and makes you smile and become good friend and I know she will sort it all out for you. Jennie did a cast for my daughter when she was a couple of weeks old and it’s still up for us to look at daily as a beautiful reminder so I didn’t hesitate to call on her again when my parents celebrated there 50th wedding anniversary she went above and beyond and created the most perfect gift to cherish for a lifetime xxx

I had a cast made of my grandsons hands. Jennie came to my house to discuss with me as we also wanted it to include a memory of my first granddaughter who was devastatingly born sleeping. She did a beautiful cast of hands encompassing a white feather. My daughter and son in law have this on their wall- an amazing memory of sad and happy times. In April 2022 we sadly lost our baby girl aged only 8month.

At the time your mind just goes crazy and you hold on to anything you can.

I never knew that a service like Jennies existed but after taking to the internet for inspiration I stumbled across this lovely local women offering something that could never be replaced.

As a family we knew it was perfect for us.

We originally had her feet casted and it really helped us with our healing process.

To be able to hold, feel and remember something so precious physically in our hands

We’ve later been able to have extra castings done using our hands and our daughters feet. No task has been too hard for Jennie

Throughout the whole process Jennie was professional, comforting and just so kind I couldn’t have asked for a better person to go and spend time with our baby girl.

We look, hold and kiss her casts everyday and to anyone who is looking for a keepsake I will always recommend Jennie and her company!

This lovely lady (yes I mean you Jennie Shann!!) out of the goodness of her heart she did one of these ages ago with me & my boys hand, with what has happened it is now completely priceless, I'm honoured she has now offered her services to all in memory of our beautiful boy who is helping to raise money all over for the hospices that helped, supported & gave me & Joel Booth a massive life line as batten disease slowly took Jake from us. So we asked Jennie to do a cast of my wife’s grandad’s hand shortly after his passing -we had used Jennie in the past for our children's hand cast and loved her work but didn't know if she did bereavement ones - Jennie was more than happy to attend Lawrence's funeral home to capture his cast and we were able to present a cast each to my wife's grandma and mum as a treasured lasting memory- can't thank her enough to agreeing to do it those 6 years ago as I don't think she'd been asked before to do one - the item is priceless to us now and hangs proudly in his home where he belonged.

Jennie was a delight to work with. She didn't offer exactly what I was looking for (a hand print keyring) but she went out of her way to work out the best way it could be done. She advised of sources that could print the key ring and determined the best materials to use for the best results when taking the prints. When she was actually taking the prints, she played my husband's favourite song and treated him with the utmost respect. After all that she then hand delivered the prints to my home as I was still recovering from my injuries. She really was a joy and nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her.

Amazing work! Xx We had a cast made. My husband wanted us to have a cast done after he was diagnosed with a brain tumour. My sister contacted Cherish your memories and explained our situation. As my husband's health deteriorated over Xmas Last year, Jennie was very accommodating and even came over to Leeds the day after Boxing day and did the cast in speedy time for my husband to be able to see it. He was so chuffed with it and I will definitely cherish our cast. Jennie is a special part in our lives and helped us to capture the bond before Martin passed away. The cast is now pride of place on my mantelpiece and I look at it every day and reflect on the memories we made over the 22 years we were together x Thankyou so much Jennie I would recommend to anyone thinking about doing this. After loosing my nana last year I wanted to have something of my nana ashes that I can treasure.I was just randomly looking at jennies casting page and thought this would be a great idea to have my daughters hand casted aswell as having my nanas ashes put in.Jennie was so helpful and assuring of my idea of what I was wanting and was so patient when it came to casting my daughters hands.Jenny kept me updated on when casting was done to when it was framed to then it being ready,with her creativity i now have a beautiful memory that I can treasure and know my nana is still with me because of jennies hardwork💗I highly recommend.

We recently lost our beautiful son and were in a state of shock. I already knew of Jennie's work and had seen beautiful casts made for friends. This wasn't something I particularly wanted, however, I did want something personal to maintain some sort of personal connection with my boy. The fingerprint collection was just right for me and my 3 daughters so I contacted Jennie to discuss. Jennie is friendly professional, kind and empathetic, totally understanding of her clients situation. She took the casts, chatted to Adam and had a bit of a joke with him which I know he would have loved. Delivery was when I was ready, no rush, leaving me time to grieve and deal with it when I was ready. We now all own a precious gift that is very close to our hearts. Hello everyone! 👋

When Dad got diagnosed with a Brian tumour in the middle of October, we as a family decided we wanted something special to remember him by once he was no longer here. 🤍🕊

I stumbled up on this fabulous woman, Jennie Shann, from a company called ’Cherish your memories.’ It took me a good few days to stalk her Facebook page and to meet her and to make sure she was going to be good enough for what I wanted. 💙 Not only did she get my seal of approval but I found out how much work she does for charities, such as The Forget Me Not Trust. Now this charity is very close to my heart so as soon as I’d got the approval from my family, we got her booked in.

Dad was deteriorating fast, we were against the clock. Jennie knew this so said she could come the following day. Dad was struggling to stay awake at this point, so Jennie took her time and patience with us all and managed to get what she needed whilst he was sleeping.

We had some little silver pendants done with Dad’s finger print on one side and then Mum’s on the other. I cannot even begin to tell you what comfort it brings wearing this around my neck and rubbing it when I’m missing him.

We also had a hand cast of Mum and Dad holding hands so that she could hold this and cherish it for ever. Jennie made the colour of this cast match some of mum’s other ornaments which she really appreciated.

I’ve only just been able to share this experience with anybody as my emotions have got the better of me. But today, I decided I needed to share this opportunity with everyone sooner rather than later, just incase you are either in the same boat as me or are wanting to make memories for your kids or loved ones for when that dreaded time comes.

Jennie did a family cast for us and a framed cast of our little girls hand ✋️ and foot 🦶. Both pieces are amazing and very precious as our little girl is our rainbow baby so they take pride and place in our home. Jennie is very professional and talanted at what she does but equally she made it fun and relaxing, she worked with us over two sessions to ensure our little girls hand didn't get lost between mine and my partners so ultimately casted hers first then had us back to cast around it, this ensured it worked as she was only 12 month old at the time and no doubt would of moved her hand if Jennie hadn't thought of a way round it. Would I recommend Jennie absolutely yes 100% Absolutely love our pieces ❤️ and she is just a genuinely nice person.

Jenny is one of life’s loveliest people, she gives so many people her time. We had a fantastic hand cast of our family of 5 in 2020. I purchased my grandma parents a voucher but lots of things got in the way, Jenny was fantastic and allowed us to use the voucher instead. We were really happy to top this up, but Jenny insisted it was fine. Cannot wait to see my husband and I’s hand cast. Jenny is really talented and her work is something to treasure. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her xx

We had family hand casts made by Jennie. My husband has terminal cancer so time and memories are very precious. The details are so precise, every wrinkle and every scar! Love them so much 😊Jennie came to our home and kept our two children entertained whilst doing the casts. Jennie is very talented, thoughtful and professional and I would highly recommend her casts whatever your circumstances are. Knowing this family for many years and growing up in Mytholmroyd together and also being a special little boys key worker at Nursery. I was privileged to do Louie Bates’s cast whilst sleeping for the family so they always had his hand to touch.

After a couple of years I thought why not let them be my trial with my new venture and complete the final process.

I decided to put a spin on my personal casts and look into the casts been made to handle all severities of weather and be able to be on display specifically on a grave or outside and still look perfect.

I thought it was a special idea for the ones left behind to be able to hold together and be reunited at their loved ones graveside.

So I got to work and after several months of deliberating what material best to use I decided to test my new project out with Lisa and Libby, Louie’s Mum and Sister.

So here’s my final project and first ever outside cast of Lisa and Libby’s hands at Louie’s graveside letting him know they are never far away.
